The GarageExperts® franchise development team is looking for candidates who want to grow their business through our Epoxy Flooring Franchise, have a strong work ethic, and believe in our core values. Future-minded entrepreneurs with an entrepreneurial spirit and a readiness to hustle are perfect for our garage organization and two-component commercial floor coating company.

Do you require the location owner to live in the market where they would open a location?

Yes, we ask that our franchise owners live in the community they serve.

What is involved in the initial financial pre-approval process?

Complete the franchise application that is provided to prospective owners and our Franchise Development Team will be in touch to start a conversation.

What kind of training is offered?

GarageExperts® offers comprehensive training for our Flooring Franchise, consisting of 5 days in Grapevine, TX. During this training, we educate new garage franchise owners on our systems, sales process, installations, and daily operations. Afterward, franchise owners collaborate closely with their business coach to apply their training. We also provide conferences, an online university, regional training, continuous education, and ongoing training webinars.

How much can I make as a franchisee?

What is the initial investment range to open a location?

The minimum estimated initial investment is $103,332, with an upper range of $199,328.

How many team members do I need to run the business?

GarageExperts^® doesn’t require a specific number of employees at each of our locations. We have built a proven, innovative business model designed to help you scale your business. Through our ongoing training and support, we provide you with the tools to successfully build and grow your business.

Do I need a brick-and-mortar location to run the business?

GarageExperts® does not require a storefront. All we require is a warehouse location with a small office, starting at 500 square feet, where you can work from daily, store/receive inventory, leave equipment, meet with employees, and park vehicles.
